Harold Eby - Employee Spotlight April 2024

Our Employee Spotlight for the month of April shines on Harold Eby, our Parts Manager for our newest location, Eby’s Lawn & Garden. Harold has worked in the industry for over 40 years, 38 of which have been with Eby’s Lawn & Garden! As our Parts Manager, Harold oversees the parts department at Eby’s and makes sure that parts get ordered and our stock is adequate to meet the needs of customers. Harold also oversees all the Parts Specialists who work on the counter. 

When he isn’t working, you can find Harold either spending time with his children, traveling with friends, or hunting at the family cabin. You might be surprised to learn that Harold serves as a pastor at his church! In fact, one of his favorite vacation memories was traveling to South Africa for a ten-day hunting trip.

When asked about his mentor, he said that “my dad would have instilled within me always to be honest, hardworking and treat the customers with respect.” That’s why his favorite part of his job is having the satisfaction of knowing that he is helping others with their parts needs. According to Harold, this job has taught him that there is so much to learn in this industry, even after 38 years.
