Pedro Dominguez - Employee Spotlight March 2024

Our Employee Spotlight for the month of March shines on Pedro Dominguez, our Lot Coordinator for our Bobcat of Lancaster location. As a Lot Coordinator, Pedro does a little bit of everything. From helping offload new equipment that arrives at the branch to cleaning machines to making sure the lot stays clean and organized.  

Pedro hasn’t been with us long, but in the past 90 days, he’s been working on learning a little bit of everything. Having never worked in equipment or parts sales, Pedro surprises the team every day by demonstrating how quickly he can learn. He wants to give a shoutout to Darren Reynolds and Jerry Offenbaker, our Bobcat of Lancaster Parts Specialists for reminding him daily how appreciated he is at Bobcat of Lancaster.  

His favorite part about his job is learning something new so he can continue to help the Bobcat of Lancaster Team. So far, he says his job has taught him a better way to operate equipment, thanks to Malcolm, Joe and Corey! 

In his spare time, he loves to travel and spend time with his family.
