Tyler Dubbs - Employee Spotlight August 2022

                                                

Crownstone Equipment’s August Employee Spotlight shines on Tyler Dubbs, our road/shop technician for Bobcat of York. Tyler is responsible for taking care of our customers service needs by repairing their machines in the shop or on the job site. He has been working in the heavy equipment industry for 7-8 years & joined the Crownstone Family 4 years ago! In this time, he has completed his gold certification training and moving onto platinum. 

                   

When Tyler is not at work you may find him hunting or fishing and enjoys classic cars and camping! He names all his fishing trips as his favorite vacation memories. Family & friends mean a lot to Tyler, and names them as mentors/inspiration inside and outside of work. His coworkers are his favorite part about the job as well! 

                   

Since starting this job Tyler says he has learned how to be a better technician. We recognize the amount of hard work he puts in every day whether he is in the shop or hitting the road to a job site. Thank you for everything you do!
