March’s Employee Spotlight is on Andrew Laucks, the Territory Support Specialist for our Bobcat of Adams County & York locations, helping our customers establish and maintain a dependable and trustworthy relationship. Andrew used to manage our auction yard loading and unloading all types of equipment and machinery that go into our weekly auctions. He has been with McGrew Equipment since 2016 when he first started in the industry and recently transitioned into his new role at Crownstone Equipment!

In Andrew’s spare time he mostly enjoys relaxing but also loves riding motorcycles and used to play badminton twice a week in a local club. His coworkers might be surprised to learn he is a student pilot and went for his first solo flight in August of 2022, although he says his hidden talent is using the hook and chain to move things around. He also enjoys doing off-site equipment sales, going to the beach, and traveling to new places.

We asked if there was anyone he considers to be a mentor in his career and he said, “I’m going to say Zach Innerst but only because he paid me to say it.” He said he has learned a lot since starting his career in the equipment industry: “The best thing you can do for yourself is learn something every day. Confidence creates loose ends, being adaptable is key, and no day is ever the same.”

Andrew has been a vital part of keeping our businesses successful and puts in hard work and dedication every single day. That is why we’re proud to have him as our March Employee Spotlight. Thank you for everything you do!
