Mike Shatzer - Employee Spotlight June 2023

Our June Employee Spotlight shines on Mike Shatzer, our lawn & garden sales specialist for our Crownstone Outdoor Power, Hanover PA location! Mike's daily tasks consist of solving customer needs in the lawn care industry for both commercial and residential customers. He has worked in the industry for 11 years and brought his talents to the company in March of 2023. He has been a part of a sales team that won National Retailer of the Year in 2016 and was a former general manager for another outdoor power store.

When Mike is not at work, he coaches travel basketball and baseball teams. He enjoys going on different trips with his wife and kids, playing golf, poker, and collecting sports cards. His favorite memory is the vacation he took with his family to Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. He points to his kids as his biggest inspiration inside and outside work.

Mike's favorite part about his job is finding the perfect fit for his customers. Since starting his career, the biggest thing he has learned is discipline and patience. We are thankful to have Mike's talents a part of our team, and that's why we're proud to shine a spotlight on him for the month of June!
