Ron Sweigart - Employee Spotlight December 2023

Our Employee Spotlight for December shines on Ron Sweigart, our Lot Coordinator for Bobcat of Reading. If you have visited our Bobcat of Reading location, then you might have seen Ron helping customers load & unload machines and organizing the inventory in our yard. Ron has spent the last 35 years working in the construction industry and the past year with Crownstone Equipment.

In Ron’s free time, you can find him at the sprint car races, riding his motorcycle, or spending time with his family. You’d be surprised to learn that Ron has the hidden talent of playing the banjo.  When asked about his favorite memory, Ron said that taking a motorcycle trip to California topped the list.

We appreciate Ron’s commitment to his job and all the hard work he puts in every day. That is why we're proud to shine a spotlight on him this month, thank you for everything you do!
